Sponsorship for this event is welcomed for personal or group fundraising efforts. Perhaps you want to fundraise to go on camp, or buy that all exciting piece of equipment. Any entrant can gain sponsorship for their scouting cause.
TEAMS & DISTANCE
Beavers: team of 12 including 2 or 3 adults // 8 mile loop
Cubs: team of 10 including 2 adults // 8 mile loop
Scouts: team of 4-6 (no adults) // 18 miles
Explorers: team of 4-6 (no adults) // 18 miles
Network / Leaders & Families: teams of 4-8 // can choose between 8 or 18 miles
FOOD & DRINK
There will be food and drink for sale on the course. Bacon sandwiches and hot drinks will be available at a checkpoint on the 8 mile loop (both distance options pass this point). At the Event HQ there will be hot drinks and cake for sale. This is the start/end point for both distances with the 18 mile route passing through here after 8 miles.
